Channels allow you to create individual configurations for different branches, departments, or other organizational units. This feature is particularly suitable for very large organizations.

The most important distinctions you can make are:

• individual questionnaires,
• individual recipients and
• setting individual reminder- and deletion deadlines.

Good to know

Channels can be hidden (deactivated). This allows you to remove unfinished channels from the public reporting workflow.
