Edit Email Templates

You can customize the templates for emails sent by GlobaLeaks.

Good to know

Remember to maintain this configuration in all other languages as well. More information can be found under Settings in Multiple Languages.

  1. Go to Notifications > Tab Templates and select the desired template. GlobaLeaks email templates

  2. Make the desired changes to the template and click Save.

Reset Templates​

You cannot reset individual templates. However, you can reset all templates to their default state.

Good to know

As a customer of the OpenSource Whistleblower Portal, you can contact Support to receive individual standard templates (to manually reset them). Please send a list of the languages you use.

  1. Go to Notifications. In the Settings tab (selected by default).

  2. Click the Reset notification templates to default button.

  3. A short loading animation will appear. The templates are now reset.
