Question Types
For each question, you can configure a type for the answer field. The following list shows the most important types.
All questions can include a description text and a hint (displayed when hovering the mouse over the info icon).
Single-line text input
A text input without line breaks. Ideal for names and short, free-form information.
Possible Input Validation:
- Required input
- Minimum and maximum number of characters
- Value is an email address
- Value is a valid number (multi-digit number)
- Value is a phone number
- Regular expression: Complex technical validation
Multi-line text input
A text input with multiple possible lines. Ideal for descriptions of the situation, etc.

Selection box
Selection of a value from a list of predefined values (select, dropdown). Ideal for selecting fixed organizational units or other generally fixed values.
You can also display a hint based on the selection, directly select the recipient, or disable the submission.

Multiple choice input
Selection of one value from a list of predefined values (radio group). Ideal for selecting fixed organizational units or other generally fixed values.

Checkbox
Selection of multiple values from a list of predefined values (checkbox group). Ideal for confirming hints or generally fixed values, when multiple values are possible.

Attachment
Allows uploading files. Ideal for uploading evidence, etc.

- Restriction to one file only
Terms of Service
Allows
- Displaying a text such as a whistleblowing policy or terms of service
- Displaying a link including a checkbox to confirm acknowledgment
Possible Input Validation:
- Checking the box is required
Date
Allows entering a specific date. Ideal for something like the date of an incident.
Possible Input Validation:
- Required input
Possible Restrictions:
- Set the earliest selectable date
- Set the latest selectable date
Date range
Allows entering two dates to specify a period.
Possible Input Validation:

Voice
Recording of the voice through the whistleblower's browser. The voice will be distorted.

- Minimum recording duration
- Maximum recording duration
Question Group
Allows grouping questions under a heading. Ideal for creating ready-made question blocks that you can individually include among different questionnaires.
Also allows displaying multimedia content (image, audio, video) via a URL.
