Add User Account

There is a Runbook for Adding Recipients for the various steps needed to set up an account correctly.

Go to Users.

Click on Add.

A form will open. Select the role and enter the other details.
Good to knowIs this the first user? Decide on a naming convention for user accounts. For example,
firstname_middlename.lastname
. Here are some examples:jane.doe
jane-janet.doe
(first names with hyphen)jane_janet.doe
(first names without hyphen)
Everything correct? Then click Add at the end of the form.

The new account now appears in the list of users. Click Edit there.

A form will open:
- Optionally provide a different Public name.
- Select the permissions for this user.

Click Send reset link to inform the user by email.
The user can now set up the user account.
