User Account Permissions
Depending on a user's role, additional permissions can be configured.
This is especially important for admins and recipients of reports. Here you can configure what individual users are allowed to do.
Permission (as named in the interface) | Details |

Give this admin ability to change user passwords | Admins only. Have at least two accounts on your instance. |
Give this user ability to mask information | Specifically: Masking (not permanent). Details under Redacting Information |
Give this user ability to permanently redact masked information | Specifically: Redacting. Details under Redacting Information |
Allow the recipient to delete reports | Deleting Reports |
Allow the recipient to edit the report expiration date | Set Expiration Date |
Give this user ability to grant user access to reports | Grant Access |
Give this user ability to transfer reports to other users | Transfer Access |
Allow this user to reopen management of a report | Change Status |
Give the user administrative access to the following features > Settings | Allow user to manage most site settings (for users). Similar to basic site setting (for admins) |
