Channel setup

This runbook is for admins who want to configure a new channel.

Prerequisites​

  1. You know the names, logos (optional), and descriptions (optional) of all channels in all languages.
  2. You know after how many days reports in a channel should be automatically deleted.

Runbook​

  1. Add the new channel.
  2. Set the settings for the channel.
    1. Set the questionnaire
    2. Set the recipients (invite new recipients if necessary)
    3. Set the reminder date for unopened reports.
    4. Set the expiration/deletion date for reports.
