Using Sub-Statuses
Good to know
Remember to maintain this configuration in all other languages as well. More information can be found under Settings in Multiple Languages.

Go to Case Management, select the desired status for which you want to create a sub-status, and click Edit.

A form will open. Click Add under Substatuses.

Another form will open. Enter a label for the sub-status and click Add. Repeat this process until you have created all the sub-statuses.

You can sort the sub-statuses using the buttons with the up or down icons.

 - 
Click Save to apply your changes.
 
In case management, the sub-statuses will now appear as Status - Sub-Status.
