As an employee in the internal reporting office, you will automatically receive an email whenever a new report is submitted, provided this is configured.
📄️ Messaging & Documentation
When you have opened the detailed view of a report, scroll to the bottom of the page. There you will find a section that begins with three tabs ("Everyone," "Recipients Only," "Only Me").
📄️ Change Status
Reports in GlobaLeaks have a status that allows you to document the progress of the report.
📄️ Redacting Information
In GlobaLeaks, you can mask (hide) and redact (permanently black out) words, names, and entire text parts of a report.
📄️ Setting Reminders
You can set a reminder for a report in GlobaLeaks.
📄️ Disable Notifications
When you are splitting up cases within the internal reporting office or are no longer involved in certain cases, it may be useful to disable notifications for specific reports.
📄️ Mark Report as Favorite
When you have many reports in the list of reports, it is useful to mark your active reports as favorites so you can quickly find them again.
📄️ Grant Access
When a report is submitted, it is only delivered to recipients who are assigned to the corresponding channel.
📄️ Revoke Access
You can revoke the access rights of recipients of a report.
📄️ Transfer Access
If you want to delegate a report to another person within the internal reporting office, transferring access is a suitable option. Transferring access means:

Deleting a report is permanent. You may be violating your obligations under the Whistleblower Protection Act.
